A respectable field of 36 players teed off for round two of the Club Championships for 2023.
The weather forecast was for showers, which we had, and possible thunderstorms, which luckily went around us. It was quite mild though; not a bad day at all. The 12+ mils of rain this week slowed up ball run a little, but the course is holding up well.

RESULTS. A Grade (+2 to 9).
Winner – Murray Lucas, 77 – 6 – Nett 71.
Runner-Up – Darren Fox, 75 – 3 – Nett 72.

B Grade (10 to 18).
Winner – Dale Evans, 87 – 18 – Nett 69.
Runner-Up – Andrew Burrows, 88 – 17 – Nett 71.

C Grade (19 – 36)
Winner – Terri Sinnott, 92 – 21 – Nett 71.
Runner Up – Connor Jackson, 92 – 20 – Nett 72.

Remember, aside from Round 4 of the Championships next week, it is also the December Monthly Medal event. It should be a “big” day!
