23 Dec., 2023.
Stableford.
Mulligan Day.

The point of the day was for players to have the option of purchasing Mulligans (free shots) prior to play. A “Mulligan” must be declared immediately after an un-desirable shot has been played. The shot can then be re-played, at the cost of one of your purchased Mulligans, without extra shots being added to the score.
A maximum of 10 Mulligans could be purchased, at a cost of one dollar per Mulligan. All proceeds were added to our Children’s Hospital fund. ($209 was added to the fund, which now totals $1415.00)
A very fun day – hopefully it will become a regular feature of our program.

The day was fine and sunny ; a good field of 27 players entered.
The course is still looking good, although it has become very dry and hard. Here’s hoping we get a bit of rain over the next week.
