On a fine and cool afternoon, a good field of 22 players entered for this week’s event.
Although the mowers have been on light duties, the course continues to look good. With no rain expected over the next week or so, things may dry out somewhat – nothing we can do about that!
The tree removal team will still be present on the bottom nine for another week, at least. The majority of the work is complete, with a few more trees to be removed with the assistance of an excavator, and tidying up work to be completed. The improved views are already evident.
