3rd February, 2024.
Monthly Medal.

Today’s event was stroke play. It was the “Murray Lucas – Builder”, February, Monthly Medal event.
Many thanks to Murray for his continued support of our club.

The weather was finally warm, with a north-westerly wind. (Summer at last!)
The course remains in good condition, albeit dry and hard below the green tinge. The greens continue to look and play well. Some rain would be nice – not much in the forecast for the next week, at least.
A great job by Dave and disciples for the work – particularly on the mowers – this week. The course looks great.

A small field of 23 players competed in this week’s event.

Special Note.
Next weekend, our “Two Day Tournament” will be held. We will have a lot of visitors, as usual, to showcase our great facility.
In an effort to clean up the course, Dave is hoping for some assistance from members on Tuesday (tomorrow). If you are able to give some time – however little it may be, simply “rock up” to the shed at 9.30am or so. Or give Dave or Bernie a call – 0417840890/0409831803.
