Medal of Medalists (embedded event).

On a fine and sunny afternoon, a good field of 21 players entered for this week’s competition. The course has obviously dried out a lot. The greens and surrounds are holding up well, thanks to the watering they receive.
As well as the day being a regular Stroke round, the “Medal of Medalists” event was held concurrently. Of the 10 individual Monthly Medalists for 2023, 5 competed for the “Master Prize”.
This was won by Richard Narik, with a score of 84 – 13 – Nett 71. Richard was a two time winner of the Monthly Medal in 2023. Well done Richard.
