What an ideal day for golf! A good field of 26 players entered for this week’s Stableford competition. Two entrants were “submitting cards”.
The weather was mild; temperature in the high teens; sunny; very little wind; the course looking good. What more could one ask for.
Preferred Lies have been removed as an option. Also, the new “penalty” areas were in play, causing at least one participant to test the relevant rule! (Fail, eh Steve?)
The course is holding up well, with plenty of run. We could use some rain.
